How to apply?

Exchange students (Erasmus+ or bilateral cooperation agreements)

Most of the courses are delivered in French language. Specific tutoring sessions can be organized in English with professors and students are provided with study literature in English.
However, depending on the number of international students hosted in one study programme, several subjects and laboratory work can be held in English.
UPEC Faculty of Science and Technology also proposes international study programmes with courses delivered in English. (lien)

Academic Calendar

- Winter Semester: from Beginning or Mid-September to Mid-December or Beginning of January
- Spring Semester: from January to the end of May
 

Selection and nomination

First, make sure that your home university has signed a cooperation agreement allowing student mobility with UPEC Faculty of Science and Technology. You can get this information from the Erasmus+ or international relations coordinator at your institution.

If a cooperation agreement covering student mobility is signed between your home university and UPEC Faculty of Science and Technology, then you can apply for the selection process at your home university.

If you are officially selected, Congratulations! 

Then make sure that your home Faculty or University coordinator nominates you officially to the office of international relations of UPEC Faculty of Science and Technology.
Nominations should be sent to international-sciences@u-pec.fr and to admin.international-sciences@u-pec.fr.

Please keep in mind that the official deadlines for the nomination are:
- May 15th for the Winter Semester or the entire academic year
- November 15th for the Spring Semester

Registration

Once you will officially nominated to come study as exchange student for one semester or for the entire academic year, you will then have to fill in the form on our registration platform

For your information, you will need the upload the following documents on our registration platform: copy of your passport, Transcript of records, student card from your home university, official ID picture, Erasmus+ kit or Learning agreement, European Health Insurance Card (or any Health Insurance Policy for non-Erasmus + students).

Your application is complete and will be processed only after you will have uploaded all the required documents on our platform.

Once your application will be reviewed and approved by the Office for International Relations of UPEC Faculty of Sciences and Technology, will send you an acceptance letter if required, and will provide you with all the necessary information and assistance for the selection of the courses as well as on accommodation related issues.
 

Arrival at our Faculty

After your arrival at UPEC, you should first visit our Office for International Relations located in the Faculty of Sciences and Technology (mettre lien google maps).

It is recommended to arrange a meeting by sending an email to international-sciences@u-pec.fr and admin.international-sciences@u-pec.fr. We will welcome you warmly and introduce you our Faculty and brief you on our procedures, our buddy system and invite you to Events organized for international students!

Independent students

International students can also apply for study programmes at our Faculty on an independent basis, outside the scope of the cooperation and exchange agreements we have signed with our partners.

Independent students can either apply to our regular academic programmes, both at Bachelor and Master levels (lien), either to our international study programme.

The conditions for the enrolment of independent students may differ depending on the level of studies or on the study programme.
